Cindy being crazy

I took this photo of Cindy last friday. I was in the SAC room filming some stuff for my philosophy presentation. She noticed I was taking a picture and made a crazy face, which was good. Usually she would cover her face. Well today was quite depressing. I got back my philosophy essay and did quite poor on it. I got an A- but somehow that converts to 77%. I was hoping for 85. On the essay I got about 69%, however the presentation and everything leading up the essay bumped me up. I raped the presentation surprisingly. If I figured out a way to involve the class I would have gotten perfect on the presentation. Well now I must do some hardcore studying for my philosophy exam tomorrow.

Edward Laughing

I had this photo posted yesterday for a little while, then remembered about jimmy's birthday and had to replace it. This photo was taken at KBBQ with my SLR. Black and white photos are very nice, except the film is quite expensive. I spent close to 5$ on this roll of film, and then $7 to develop it. This camera is making me quite broke, but its not like I will stop anytime soon. On a side note, when developing photos at shoppers, every so often I can find crud on the photos. No idea what this is, my brother says its dust. Its quite annoying to have to go into photoshop and remove it. Anyways onto my day. It wasn't all that bad. My presentation went by okay I feel. Andrew totally owned his up. After seeing his I thought to myself "I have to go up against THAT!" Needless to say his presentation was funny, and also very informative. I was listening for a good chunk of it, which is quite a feat, because I have a very short attention span. After finishing up my presentation I headed to algeo and got my mark. I was very surprised. I'm getting and 87! I couldn't be happier. All I need is an 80+ on the exam and I'm set! Now I must finish off my comp sci ISU.

Happy birthday JIMAMAMAMAMAMAY. You can see a larger version of this collage here . I forgot to post jimmy's collage earlier. Been so out of it recently, too much work! Today was a wicked day. In comp sci we got back our marks and I'm owning that course up! Managed to get a 90. Now all I have to do is not bomb the exam and ISU and I'm set. In comp sci we spent a good chunk of it fixing up our ISU. Its more or less done now, all I have to do is finish the manual and let edward doc it. Now I must prepare for my philosophy presentation tomorrow. I hope I don't bomb it.

Trip back in time

Nothing really happened today. But took a picture of my basement to test camera and I thought, "damn some good memories here". A lot of memories in my basement (New years, Jimmy and the mouse trap, Deng yee sleeping in the nude =P). A lot of good times haha. Too bad this year I cant host a bbq at my house =( , but then I'm sure we'll still have fun some where else. The memory card that comes with the camera is pretty gay. It holds like 12 pics haha and my Video Card (ATI Radeo 8500) friggin struggles trying to run Half Life 2: Source, keeps freezing and needing me to restart, it just makes me not want to play anymore lol.

This photo was also edited with that lomo tutorial. The original is here . I took this photo while at KBBQ. Black and white photo's are always so nice. I would take more, but film is so expensive. Yesterday was quite a day. I skipped algeo and went home for lunch with Ryan and jimmy. We ate some bad Mr. Noodles, then headed back to school. I got my grad photo taken which was fun. I wore my fedora for my casual shot. Hopefully it will come out nice. After school I filmed 2 more scenes for my philosophy video. Sadly though in one of them I can't be heard. Its quite ironic. I'm always loud when I'm not suppose to be, like in class, on the bus, in the halls, during announcements. But the one time I need to be heard I'm super silent. The second scene went by okay, I learnt from my mistake. These videos aren't even that great, but we will see what happens. After school Ryan and I sat around my house and watched a TONNE of Hunter x Hunter. He left around 7ish to go play some poker. I continued to watch Hunter x Hunter and at the same time do some comp sci and philosophy. At around 11, I called them up to watch Kung Fu Hustle. Only me Edward Jimmy Kings and Ryan watched it. I must say this movie was very funny. The story is quite weak though, it doesn't really flow together, but its still very very funny. Steven chou has done it again. Today was quite dull. Nothing has happened. I have been working on comp sci and philosophy still. Comp sci isu is a beast. A BEAST!

Some boxes

I had some other photo in mind, but I wanted to try this java script thingy I saw on my brothers friend Mezan's site. He says its a very simple java script but I was struggling quite a bit. I also took the tutorial he had posted and did it on this photo. The effect is pretty cool. Another cool lomo photo is this one from daily dose of imagery. That was actually taken with a lomo though. Anyways my day was quite great. Ms. Dumitru omitted the last test which means my mark has been saved. Before the end of lunch we decided to decorate wilsons locker. Half way through someone suggested throwing me in the locker to surprise him. Now I am quite chlostrophoic, but still went in. I demanded that the lock not be put on the door though. So after a good 20 minutes he finally showed up and we gave him a good scare. It was all quite fun. Your my home slice wilson, never forget! And happy birthday. Our comp sci presentation went by fairly well. Ms. Crabtree seemed to like our family feud game. However it was quite slow because many people didn't guess we we had written down. Spare was quite funny. Felix skipped data because there was a substitute. After some time in the cafe, someone put the sugar from sour skittles on the table. Felix was stupid enough to sniff it. He went red so fast, and his eyes were all watery. It was very funny. After school I filmed 2 quick scenes. My movie is going nowhere and I think people that are in it are curious as to why it makes no sense. Hopefully when I finish it will be better.

Sadly blogger won't let me use the script, but the good news is it would have worked.

This photo was also taken at kbbq. This is a cool photo of raymond. He has a very serious look on his face. Today was quite the dull day. Nicole presented he essay today and she did quite well. I luckily got my presentation moved to tuesday which gives me more time to film stuff. Other then that nothing much really happened. Edward was struggling to put on his tie. Took him an entire period to get it on. Now I must finish comp sci isu. This program is a monster!
