It's over!

Night before the chem exam, i'm blogging here and shawn's doing a magic trick behind me. Shawn is now done doing the trick. We are dead. It's over. Amy's going to be a widow tomorrow. Krishna, a widower. I'm rooting for the guillotine. Shawn wants a bullet to the back of the head.

Dano is shy

Dano always seems to hide whenever I take a photo of him. Not sure why he didn't cover his whole face for this photo. Regardless I like how it turned out.

I know I have been quite slow with my posts. Nothing worth mentioning has really happened. That is until today. After what I thought was a bad interview yesterday I am officially employed for my first and second coop term. The job isn't anything special, just help desk stuff. So when someone's computer doesn't boot up I go over and try to figure out what is wrong. The job seems fine for a first term job. I would have preferred something more along the lines of programming but I still have to a lot to learn. The only problem with this job is its a two term contract. So I won't get to try for a new job until Spring 2007. Oh well, at least I'm employed.

Better Times

Sure, they said university was gonna be great. Tons of partying and drinking and all that jazz. Too bad I don't drink and most of the time people are working. I'm just here to vent a little bit and like Redford, procrstinate for a lab report that I need to do. There is one month between me and the holidays and everyweek, there is something I either need to do or study for so that is already taking its toll on my morale. And when I get off on the 21, I start on the 3rd, that's prolly the same for some but some others get like a whole other week cuz they finish exams faster. That sucks but wat can u do? I can bitch, thats for sure :). O, also, i have 9 exams because of my 5 courses and the 4 labs that I have. That is bullocks!

So in conclusion, heres a picture of most of us at Formal Brings back nice memories when i didnt drink coffee pretty much everyday and when we were all together.

Long Tiime

So I haven't blogged for a long time so here I go.

Still kinda uneventful here but there are its times. Most of the time if I'm not doing work or in class or sleeping, I'm hanging out with Krishna and them or with my floormates. Basically, its like home. My floormates are pretty cool people. Theres 2 grazy guitar players, a foreign kid that likes to sing but badly, 2 pairs of twins, a korean kid, some Chinese people, some white people, a few brown. All in all, a good mix. Most of us are pretty tight so we talk a lot and some of them have even started watching Lost so thats cool.

My main midterms are over but got a chem test on the 18th and calc on the 21th so thats gonna be fun. Then i have my exams starting on Dec 1 and ending Dec 21. Thats gonna be a long 20 days. sigh.

There might also may a plan of Branded Productions making a new production so that'll be fun. That is if I can get involved. Do some filming in Loo! You can get some nice scenes of ugly people on bikes at the base of an even uglier building.

It's getting kinda late, gonna call it a night. If i do it right, the picture i put up is from commencement. Ken made me sneak into the pictures, i had nothing to do with it.

I took this photo while Ryan was holding down kevin for some reason. Kevin always seems to get in fights at my house. It is very funny seeing him fight people.

Another great weekend at home. Friday we went to Boston Pizza for dinner and had a very over priced dinner. We got some pizza with beef on it, I assumed the beef would be chunks so I didn't bother objecting. When we got it, the beef was tiny! It was quite a struggle to get it all off.After dinner a bunch of people came over and we sat around and talked, and played some video games. A few people were wrestling in my basement. The wrestling was quite funny to watch. Jimmy destroyed Justin. After everyone left Joanna and I stayed up and watched lost. It was funny seeing her get scared at the smallest things. We stopped watching at around 4:00 a.m.

The next day I had to attend Conroy's funeral. Kings came over at around 8:00. It was pretty funny because I wake up to someone ringing the doorbell and say to myself "Damn it!". After quickly putting on some clothes Kings and I headed out. The funeral service was quite interesting. I expected it to be just a quiet viewing. However people in conroy's family went up and said some things about him. We all sang a few hymns. Even Ms. Crabtree, a teacher at Albert Campbell, said a few things about conroy. It was nice to hear these little stories and tid bits about conroy. It was also interesting to see how many students actually came to the viewing. I saw at least 50+ students. I was pretty shocked and angry at what some of the were wearing. Some people were wearing everyday clothing. One kid was wearing a white suit.

After the funeral service andrew drove me and edward to get some wendy's then drove us home. When we got back Jo had already left and dano was sitting and watching my house. Most of the day is a big blur, but the night was quite fun. We got dinner with Kevin, courey, kings, Justin and redford. It was a very funny dinner.After dinner we went back to my place and played some video games and talked.

Sunday was mainly just helping ryan put stuff together at his condo. His condo is very nice. His TV is also very very nice.

Today I had my comp sci midterm. It wasn't too bad. I am a little scared though, some of the simplest questions were worth ridiculous amounts of marks, so who knows.

Chug Chug Chug

I took this photo of Amy when people went over to her and Jo's place to do a bit of drinking. Its always funny to see them drink. I think that day we tricked Joanna into thinking simon was super drunk. Very funny indeed.

My net was down for a day and a bit which is why this post is a little delayed. Nothing has happened this week. I am at day 5 of my daily salad routine. Its quite a challenge for two reasons. One, the salads aren't that great. Two, the salads are crazy expensive. We don't have any veggies in our suite so I can't really make a salad, so I have been just going to random places and buying salads. The coffee place in front of my suite has some pretty good salads, so I usually go there.

School has been pretty tiring. I had to do this lab for calculus and needed to use this mathematical software called Maple to do some graphing and some simple calculations. Only problem was the program was giving me some problems. I couldn't make a loop in it. After struggling for an hour trying to figure out the problem I gave up and did the loop in Java, and handed in the Maple assignment And my java code. Hopefully I will get some marks, or at least a comment saying what I did wrong.

After finishing my lab around 12:00ish I went over to Joannas and me, her and Nelson watched some lost. Even though I have seen those episodes so many times it is still great. After 2 episodes I went back home and went to sleep.

Today was a pretty good day. I got back my algeo midterm and assignment. I go 85% on both, which I guess is good, but still doesn't make up for my bad mark on my other assignments. Even after those two 85%'s I am probably still sitting at a 78-80, which is not that great considering I am majoring in math. Hopefully I did really well on my Calc midterm to bring my average up.

Finally the weekend. Its always nice to go back home. Hopefully something interesting will happen this weekend.

Bubble Bobble

This is a photo of Joanna playing Bubble bobble on my psp. I took this photo while in her and Amy's suite. Joanna seems to love Bubble bobble. She kept making me write down all the passwords to go back to the stage she was last at. I wonder if she will kill me for posting another photo of her?

Another very dull day. My evil lecture was pretty interesting. We watched a very cool movie about the vietnam war and cold war. It was very surprising hearing what the presidents had to say about how to deal with the Cuba and the soviety union. It was very strange. Some people thought the Soviet unions were testing nuclear weapons behind the moon. I found that quite funny.

Computer science was boring as always. I learned a few new small pieces of information, but as a whole it was still very much review.

After comp sci I went to SLC (Student life centre) to get a salad. My new resolve is to eat a salad everyday. After I have comfortably incorporated vegetables in my diet I will work on a way to lower the amount of fatty foods I eat. This is going to be a very hard couple of week.

There was a dvd sale at the SLC, so I bought Seinfeld season 4. The dvds were super cheap, and all real. My seinfeld dvd was $40 flat. At futureshop it was being sold online for 50+tax. A lot of good dvds were on sale, I was going to buy flintstones but I realized I would never get around to buying the rest of the seasons so I just got Seinfeld.

Now I must finish my algebra homework. My math assignments are crazy. Algebra the questions are hard, and for calculus they mark like nazi's. I can't escape!
